The rice of the Yutaka company is high quality rice that has been grown in Italy and is suitable for sushi. When cooked it becomes light, fluffy and slightly sticky in texture, making it ideal for sushi and other Japanese meals.

Storage instructions

Keep in a cool and dry place.

Cooking instructions

1. Wash 250g rice in a bowl & rinse with cold water. Repeat 3-4 times & drain the rice.

2.Add 330ml water & rice in a pot. Slow boil for 10’ with the lid on.

3. Leave to stand for 10 minutes with the lid on before serving.
