1. Wash 250g rice in a bowl & rinse with cold water. Repeat 3-4 times & drain the rice.
2.Add 330ml water & rice in a pot. Slow boil for 10’ with the lid on.
3. Leave to stand for 10 minutes with the lid on before serving.
