As a program member, you collect points with your purchases. Specifically, you collect 1 point for every €1 spent on all products.

There are no restrictions on the purchases a member can make, and correspondingly, there are no limits to the points they can accumulate.

For physical store purchases, points are credited automatically after the purchase is completed. For e-shop purchases, points are credited upon payment completion.

Yes. Points are valid for 12 rolling months from the date they are acquired, after which they are deleted.

Example: If you collect 40 points on 15/4/2026, they will expire on 15/4/2027.

Points are redeemed automatically for the issuance of vouchers.

• Monthly consumption vouchers are issued and awarded on the 1st day of each calendar month, based on the previous month's consumption.
• You can also be informed about available vouchers at physical stores once you identify yourself at the checkout with your mobile number.
