Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, 09:00-18:00. Shipments outside Greece are not made.

Which transport company do you work with?

Shipments of products when they have a large volume or many kilos are made with the transport company Intralink logistics, otherwise they are sent with Speedex. The weight of the products does not affect the price.

Are there shipping costs?

 

Within Attica:

  • For orders over 25€, the customer is not charged the shipping costs.
  • For orders under 25€, the customer is charged 4€.

 

Outside Attica:

  • For orders over 50€, the customer is not charged the shipping costs.
  • For orders under 50€, the customer is charged 6€.

Can I pay with cash on delivery?

It is possible to pay on delivery by cash or by debit or credit card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club) via POS machine *.

In case your order leaves with the transport company Intralink Logistics, then cash on delivery can not be accepted at the following locations:

Which credit or debit cards are accepted?

What is the final pre-approval amount that I have in my checkout?

As long as you choose to pay online by card and have purchased weighed products, the amount of your order will be automatically reserved, increased by 10%. This is because there may be differences in weighed products, so the order amount may not be the exact final amount on your receipt.
