Whole Wheat Kourabiedes (25–30 pieces)

Ingredients:

For dusting:
2–3 tbsp organic coconut powdered sugar or powdered cane sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the organic butter with the honey and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the almond oil and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, gently kneading until a smooth dough forms.
  6. Fold in the chopped almonds.
  7. Shape small balls or half-moon–shaped cookies and place them on the tray, leaving space between each one.
  8. Bake for 18–20 minutes, until they develop a light golden color.
  9. Allow them to cool completely, then dust with organic coconut powdered sugar.
