Herbamare sea salt, supplements the diet with iodine and minerals such as magnesium, calcium, potassium, etc. It replaces common salt and it flavors salads and meals. The vegetables and herbs contained in Herbamare are organically grown and processed within a few hours of harvest. They are then cleaned, finely chopped and mixed with natural sea salt. It then matures for a year to remove the rest of the moisture through a special process in a vacuum and at low temperature. This ripening process allows the flavors and aromas of herbs and vegetables to be fully integrated into the crystal structure of the salt.
