Cooking instructions

From your pantry you will need 1 large organic egg and organic milk.

Recipe for 18-20 pancakes:

  1. A) Beat egg and 300ml of milk in a bowl. B) Add 250g (1/2 bag) of the maple farm bio pancake & waffle mix and stir thoroughly with a wire whisk, until lumps disappear. C) Ladle 2 tablespoons of dough onto medium-heated (1800C) griddle (non-stick or light greased) and flip when pancakes bubble and bottoms are golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.

 

Recipe for 2X18cm waffle:
A) Beat egg and 140ml of milk in a bowl. B) Add 125g (1/4 bag) of the maple farm bio pancake & waffle mix and stir thoroughly with a wire whisk, until lumps disappear. C) Cook according to your waffle maker instruction.
