Guar gum is used in the food industry mainly as a food additive, i.e. as a thickener, homogenizer and stabilizer in amounts less than 1% of the food weight. It is a homogenizing ingredient for sauces and creams and improves the structure and consistency of your preparations. It does not contain gluten and lactose and is suitable for vegetarians.

Add 3g in 250ml of liquid. Mix in the strong scale of the mixer adding guar gum from sieve. Mix the product you want to thick until it become stable and creamy mixture.
Ideal thickener for coagulation of cold dishes.
