Mix 25g with 200–250ml water or beverage of your choice. We recommend: Semolina Pudding. You’ll need: 4 tbsp fine semolina, 2 cups plant-based milk, 1 scoop pea protein, 1 tbsp maple syrup. Place the milk and semolina in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly with a whisk to prevent lumps from forming, until the cream thickens and comes to a boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the pea protein and the syrup, and stir quickly and thoroughly until the cream is smooth. 

Can be consumed at any time of the day to help increase your daily intake of plant-based protein.
