Dennree's Ghee Butter is made from fresh organic butter following the traditional Ayurvedic churning process. Ghee is butter that is slowly boiled for many hours until its liquids evaporate, water, sugars and milk proteins are removed. The butter then takes on its most characteristic golden yellow color and after it cools, it is strained and transferred to the jar.
It is rich in full-spectrum fatty acids, unsaturated and saturated vitamins and linoleic acid, which has anti-oxidative properties.

It is used in cooking and frying since it is very resistant to high temperatures without oxidizing. It is also spread on toast, bagels and muffins.
