Cooking Instructions:
. In the pan: Heat the oil in a pan and fry the frozen fish fingers over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, turning frequently, until golden brown.
. In the oven: Preheat the oven, place the frozen fish fingers on the baking tray and bake. Convection: 200°C, top rack, 12-15 min.
Top/bottom heat: 220°C, top rack, 12-15 min
. Deep fryer: Heat the oil to 170°C. Place the frozen fish fingers in the frying basket and fry for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
