Ingredients:
120g organic cocoa butter
40g Green Village organic olive oil
80g organic maple syrup
100g organic cocoa, sifted
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Finely chop the cocoa butter and put it in a heatproof bowl together with the olive oil. Transfer the bowl to a bain-marie and leave for 1 minute until the cocoa butter melts. Once melted, add the maple syrup, cocoa and salt. Mix with a hand whisk until you have a smooth and glossy mixture.
We pour the mixture into silicone molds of our choice and transfer to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, so that the chocolates harden well.
Unmould and serve immediately.
Extra Tip: Use a heart-shaped form and accompany them with passion fruits.
