Ingredients:
¼ of an organic medium melon
2 medium organic peaches
250g plant-based almond yogurt (or any other plant-based yogurt of your choice)
150ml plant-based almond milk (or any other plant-based drink of your choice)
2-3 tbsp organic thyme honey
Preparation:
Peel the melon, the peaches, the apples and cut them into pieces. Put in the blender all the fruits, the vegetable yogurt, the vegetable milk, the 2 tbsp. of honey, and beat until smooth. Taste the mixture and if it is not sweet enough, add the rest of the honey. Continue to beat for a few more seconds.
Add your summer smoothie in your stainless thermos and you are ready for the beach!
