Thaw the filo at room temperature for 60 minutes. Butter or oil a round pan (diameter 42 cm). Lay out half of them, oiling each very well. Evenly spread the filling of your choice. Cover with the rest of them, after oiling each one well again. Brush the surface of the pie with a little oil or butter and cut it into pieces, so that the moisture evaporates and it becomes crispier. Bake in a preheated oven at 1800C for about 40-50 minutes, until it turns golden brown.
