Dinkel sourdough is derived from yeast extract and gives the bread the typical sourdough acidity and light nutty flavor. It is rich in proteins, vitamins and trace elements.

In 700g wheat flour, 300g rye flour, 2 bags of the powder (18g), 2 teaspoons of salt, 750ml semi hot water and a small quantity of oil of butter in the pan. Mix well the ingredients. Add 750ml semi hot water and mix until the ingredients until the ingredients dissolved. Leave the mixture covered for 2 hours. Leave the dough relax for 1 hour. When it rises, shape the dough and place in the pan. Bake at preheated oven in 200οC for 80 minutes.
