Smoothie with Peanut Butter and Protein

 

Ingredients:

 

Method:

  1. A night before, peel the banana, cut it into pieces and put it in the freezer.
  2. Put the banana in the blender with the milk, cocoa, peanut butter, protein, honey and finally the ice cubes.
  3. Mix them all together, until they acquire a creamy texture.
  4. Serve the drink in a large glass (you can add more peanut butter, for greater enjoyment!)
