Roasted Octopus in the Oven

Ingredients:

2-3 kilos of octopus

5 organic potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces

5 sc. organic garlic

2 tbsp organic tomato paste

2 kg organic rosemary

200 g organic extra virgin olive oil Green Village

pepper

Preparation:

Wash the octopus very well and then separate its tentacles. Preheat the oven to 150°C in the air. With a sharp knife, remove the "tooth" of the octopus, open the hood and, after cleaning it, cut it into pieces. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix them well, and pour the mixture into a pan. Bake in the oven for 2 hours. If it needs to be baked again, return the pan to the oven and bake for another 30 minutes.

Enjoy!
