For the brownies:
400g organic dates, pitted
80g organic walnut chips in Green Village pieces
80g organic white Green Village almond flakes
80g Green Village organic chopped roasted hazelnuts
70g organic cocoa powder
Organic orange peel
2 tbsp water
salt
For the topping:
25g organic cocoa powder
40g coconut oil
60g Green Village thyme honey
15g Green Village Coconut Chips
Preparation:
We place all the ingredients for the brownies in the mixer and beat them well until they become a uniform mass.
Pour the mixture into a 20x20 cm square pan, which we have previously lined with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the cocoa with the coconut oil and honey until they become a homogeneous paste.
Spread the paste over the brownie and sprinkle the coconut chips on top.
Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, until the mixture sets well.
Remove from the fridge, cut into pieces, and serve.
