Chocolate Mousse with Sea Salt & Crumbled Melomakarono by Alexandros Tsiotinis

Mousse

Ingredients

Method

  1. Cut the chocolate into very small pieces.
  2. Place it in a small saucepan with the water and honey.
  3. Turn on the heat to medium heat and stir constantly with an egg beater, until the chocolate is completely melted and becomes a slightly thick chocolate sauce.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and put it in the fridge to cool well.
  5. Take a bigger bowl and put the crushed ice together with a little water.
  6. Place the bowl with the chocolate mixture on the ice bowl and with a hand mixer, work the mixture for 8 'until you get a liquid whipped cream texture & add the cinnamon.
  7. Divide our mousse into glasses and leave it in the fridge.

Crumble Melomakarono

Ingredients

Method

  1. We take the melomakarona and break them into chunks.
  2. Take the glass with the mousse out of the fridge, put a few pieces of melomakarona on top and sprinkle with grated walnuts and honey.
