🍴 For the pork:

Ingredients

• 2 pieces of pork shoulder
• Salt & pepper
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• 40ml olive oil
• 30g honey
• 20ml soy sauce
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 small piece of ginger (about 3 cm) grated

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C
2. Cut the pork into cubes and if it has more fat at some point, remove it
3. Take a bowl and add the mustard, honey, soy sauce, thyme, garlic, ginger and mix lightly.
4. Salt well and marinate the meat with freshly ground pepper
5. Preheat a non-stick pan and add the olive oil
6. Fry the meat well on both sides, to get color
7. Remove from the heat and while it is still hot, spread it with the marinade
8. Put it in a pan, cover with the rest of the marinade and cover well with foil.
9. Bake in the oven for 25 '
10. Leave to cool and cut into thin slices, needed for the sandwich

🥣 For aromatic mustard:

Ingredients

• Wholemeal mustard
• Pickled cucumber
• Thyme honey
• BBQ mix for meats

Method

1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix lightly.
2. Keep aside for the time of serving.

🌮 For the sandwitch:

Ingredients

• Gluten free bread with millet
• 1 jar of bean sprouts
• 1 pack of halloumi
• 1 piece of sour apple
• 3 tablespoon of yoghurt
• 3 tablespoon of mayonnaise

Method

1. Cut the halloumi into slices
2. Preheat a non-stick pan and fry the slices of cheese with a little olive oil
3. In a bowl, put the bean sprouts, the sour apple cutted into sticks, the yogurt, the parsley and the mayonnaise. Stir and let our salad marinate
4. We take the slices of bread (if we want we pass them a little from the pan we made and the halloumi, so that they get a little color)
5. Spread one slice of bread with the aromatic mustard and put the pork slices on it
6. Cover with coleslaw and continue with the halloumi
7. Cover with the second slice of bread
