Falafel is a very beloved food of the Middle East, it is prepared from legumes (usually chickpeas or chickpeas) which are first soaked in water and then melted, adding spices, flour or semolina so that they do not dissolve. You can cook it fried, in the oven or steamed. Ideal with yogurt sauce, tomato, mint yogurt dip or tahini sauce.

Keep in a cool and dry place.

Cooking instructions

  1. Empty the envelope mixture into a bowl.
  2. Add 250ml of hot water and 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  3. Stir, cover and allow the mixture to rise slightly for 10 minutes.
  4. Shape small meatballs.
  5. Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
