Pose Eggs with Tomato Sauce

🍳 Indredients

Method

  1. In a pan over medium heat add the onion, stirring at regular intervals until soft.
  2. Add the garlic, paprika and continue stirring until the garlic is soft.
  3. Put the tomatoes in a bowl and melt them as much as you can.
  4. Add them to the pan together with ½ a cup of water and lower the temperature and let it simmer, continuing to stir until it thickens. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Carefully break the eggs on the sauce. Cover the pan and simmer until the yolks are stable, for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add the crushed feta cheese and add parsley if desired.
