Organic Sweet Pumpkin Pie

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220ᵒC.
  2. Beat the eggs together in a large bowl. Add the sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom and lemon zest.
  3. Gradually add the pumpkin puree and evaporated milk using an electric mixer.
  4. Gently press the pie crust dough into a pie pan, add the mixture we have made.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 220ᵒC. Then lower the oven to 180ᵒC and bake for another 45 minutes or until the center has stabilized.
  6. Take it out of the oven and let it cool on the grill for at least 2 hours.
