Oatmeal with Peach

 

Ingredients:

 

Method:

  1. In a saucepan add the oats, cinnamon, water and 100g of vegetable milk of your choice and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring at regular intervals with a whisk.
  2. Add the rest of the milk and continue cooking for about another 5 minutes until the mixture bubbles.
  3. When it is ready, remove from the heat and add half the agave syrup and homogenize.
  4. Transfer the mixture to bowls and put them in the fridge to cool.
  5. Serve with slices of peach and the rest of the agave syrup.
