Mixed Salad With Salmon and Avocado

Dressing

Method

  1. Cut the salmon into slices and add salt, pepper and olive oil.
  2. In a well-burnt pan, add the salmon and cook over medium heat on both sides for about 7 minutes.
  3. When it is ready, remove it from the pan, take out the skin if you want and cut it into pieces.
  4. In a food processor, add the avocado, the olive oil, the lime juice, salt, pepper and beat until they are homogenous.
  5. In a bowl add all the ingredients for the dressing and mix.
  6. In a pan add the pieces of salmon and add the dressing and stir for 1 minute.
  7. Put the salad, the salmon and the sauce in a bowl and mix. If you want, add a little coriander.
