Healthy Cereal Bars with less than 200 kcal / serving

Method

  1. Mix the ingredients in a mixer for a while, until the mixture is homogeneous and then spread in a large pan with oil paste.
  2. To make the bars crispier, add the nuts and cereal at the end or cut the nuts with a knife and the cereals by hand, and add them to the mixture. (With this process we create different textures in the bar).
  3. Cut into portions or pieces and then bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
