Instructions:
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a tart pan or baking dish.
Prepare the base: In a bowl, mix the coconut flour, cocoa powder, and salt. In another bowl, mash the dates until they form a thick paste. Add the melted coconut oil and mix well. Then, add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add 2-4 tablespoons of coconut milk.
Form the base: Press the dough evenly into the bottom and sides of the tart pan. Prick the dough with a fork to prevent it from puffing up while baking.
Bake the base: Bake the base for 15-20 minutes or until slightly golden. Allow it to cool.
Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix the fresh or frozen fruits with the mashed dates, lemon juice, and cinnamon (if using).
Fill the tart: Spread the fruit mixture over the cooled tart base.
Serve: Let the tart chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before cutting and serving. You can garnish with fresh fruit or nuts for extra flavor and decoration.
