Prevention is the most effective solution for nutritional education and childhood obesity. Healthy snacks and daily routine contribute to this prevention, education and long-term good health of our children.

Finally, it is important to treat snacks as a means of educating our children. So they will learn to enjoy healthier choices and look for them in a second year. We emphasize, once again, that a large proportion of cases of childhood obesity are due to lack of education. The formation of the daily diet of the child should be done based on his needs and physical-sports activities.
